A & F VENTUREZ is a Last Mile Delivery Service Provider for AMAZON & FLIPKART in INDIA . We offer Logistics, Manpower & Warehousing services to Various E-commerce Companies. We started our journey on Sep 2021, with a team of 5 bike delivery associates in Madurai and now heading forward at a splendid pace, with a team of 150+ members . We are operational 365 days a year. On a daily basis We Deliver around 5000+ Smilez ( INCLUDE A SMILEY ) across Tamil Nadu.

- Fill the above form.
- Our team will connect with you for the further onboarding process.
- Be 18 years of age or older.
- Own a two-wheeler or four-wheeler.
- Own an Android phone with an active internet connection.
- Have a valid driving license, registration certificate (RC), insurance certificate and PAN (Permanent Account Number) card.
- Have an address proof and active bank account.
They are independent contractors who partner with A & F VENTUREZ to deliver ecommerce items ordered by consumers on the Partner app and deliver those items to the convenience of the consumers doorstep. They use their own 2-wheelers or 4-wheelers to make these deliveries and pick their own schedule.
There is no onboarding fee.
Yes, you can. We have our own fleet e-bike/e-van for deliveries. Please reach out to managers while onboarding for more details.
We follow the ‘block pricing’ & ‘per packet model’, wherein, your earnings will be based on every delivery you make. Please reach out to managers while onboarding for more details.
- Attendance Incentives: Based on no. of working days, you will receive this Incentive.
- Referral Incentives: You can refer your friends to become our delivery partners to avail this Incentive.
- On-Demand Incentives: We work on festival times and On-Demand peak time , you will receive this Incentive.
The earnings you make will be transferred into your bank account on a monthly basis or weekly basis.
Once you submit all the required documents and your onboarding is complete with us, our team will run a background verification check. On successful clearance of the same and completion of the onboarding and delivery training module, you will be eligible to start working and delivering orders with us.
